2 bed 1 bath = $ 300 + 70 carpet steam cleaning. About 4 to 5 hours

2 bed 2 bath = 350 + $70 carpet steam cleaning.About 5 to 6 hours

3 bed 1 bath = $400 + $70 carpet steam cleaning . About 6 to 7 hours

3 bed 2 bath = $450 + $70 carpet steam cleaning. About 7 to 8 hours

4 bed 2 bath = $500 + $70 carpet steam cleaning. About 8 to 9 hours

Add $50 extra for any additional bedroom and bathroom

If property requires extra attention then it will cost $60 per hour additional .
